Katipoğlu ailesinin 1957’de Makedonya'dan Türkiye'ye göçü

Abstract

20. yüzyılın ortalarında Yugoslavya’da nüfusun %8’ini Türkler oluşturuyordu. Yugoslavya’daki Türkler, Yugoslavya'nın 1950’lerdeki siyasi koşullarından dolayı sosyal ötekileştirilmeye maruz kalıp eğitim haklarına ulaşamadılar ve dinlerini özgürce yaşayamadılar. Bu baskı ortamı Türk ailelerinin göç etmesine neden oldu. Katipoğlu ailesi 1957 yılında Yugoslavya’dan Türkiye’ye göç eden ailelerinden biridir. Bu araştırmada Katipoğlu ailesinin göçlerinin nedenleri, göç süreci ve sonrası konu edildi. Dırjılova köyünden İstanbul'a olan göçleri, İstanbul'daki 6 aylık süreçleri ve ardından İzmir’e iç göçleri incelendi. Araştırma sırasında göç eden Salih Katipoğlu'nun oğlu Samet Katipoğlu ile röportaj yapıldı. Bu araştırma, göç eden Katipoğlu ailesinin hikâyesine ses olmayı ve göç konusunu farklı açılardan değerlendirerek daha geniş bir perspektif kazandırmayı amaçlamaktadır. In the mid-20th century Turks made up the 8% of the population in Yugoslavia. The Turks living in Yugoslavia experienced social exclusion, could not access their educational rights, and were not allowed to practice Islam freely. This oppressive environment caused the migration of the Turkish families. The Katipoğlu Family is one of the families who migrated in 1957 from Yugoslavia to Türkiye. In this project, the reasons behind the migration of Katipoğlu family, the process of their migration and the aftermath were investigated. Their migration from Dırjilovo village to Istanbul, their six-month stay in Istanbul, and their following internal migration to Izmir were investigated. During the research, an interview with Samet Katipoğlu, has been conducted. This research aims to tell the story of Katipoğlu family’s migration and to provide a broader perspective on migration by evaluating the topic from different angles.
