Türkiye’de 1992 ve 1999 yıllarında yaşanan merkezi sınav skandalları ve 1981 kuşağının talihsizliği

Abstract

1981 doğumlu öğrencilerin hem girdikleri 1992 yılı Anadolu Liseleri sınavı hem girmeleri planlanan 1999 yılı ÖSS, soruların çalındığı gerekçesiyle iptal edilmiş; bu durum, söz konusu kuşak üzerinde derin etkiler bırakmıştır. Bu çalışmada, Türkiye’de 1992 ve 1999 yıllarında yaşanan merkezi sınav skandalları ile 1981 doğumluların bu süreçlerde edindikleri tecrübeler, sözlü ve yazılı kaynaklardan derlenen anekdotlarla birlikte sunulacaktır. İlk olarak merkezi sınav sisteminin gelişimi ele alınacaktır. 1992 yılı Anadolu Liseleri sınavı ve 1999 yılı ÖSS iptalleri, ayrı başlıklar altında detaylı biçimde incelenecektir. Her iki sınav iptalini de yaşamış olan 1981 kuşağı temsilcilerinin kişisel deneyimleri, sözlü kaynaklarla desteklenerek değerlendirilecektir

Students born in 1981 experienced two different central examination scandals. The Anatolian High Schools examination in 1992 was canceled the day of the exam, the 1999 ÖSS was canceled the day before the exam because the questions were stolen. This situation had a deep impact on the 1981 generation. In this study, the central exam scandals that occurred in Turkey in 1992 and 1999, will be presented together with anecdotes compiled from oral and written sources. First, the development of the central exam system will be discussed. The cancellations of the 1992 Anatolian High Schools exam and the 1999 ÖSS will be examined in detail under separate headings. Personal experiences of the representatives of the 1981 generation, who experienced both exam cancellations, will be evaluated with the support of oral sources.
