Tıpta intörnlük sistemi

Abstract

1967 yılında, tıp eğitim sisteminin geliştirilmesi ve doktor adayı olan öğrencilere pratik eğitimin daha etkili bir şekilde verilmesi amaçlanarak Profesör Doktor İhsan Doğramacı önderliğinde intörnlük sistemi Türkiye’de, Hacettepe Üniversitesinde uygulanmaya başlanmıştır. Bu araştırmada, Türkiye’deki intörnlük öncesi dönemden yola çıkarak intörnlüğün geçirdiği değişiklikler, günümüzde nasıl uygulandığı ve insanların intörnlük hakkındaki fikirlerinin zaman içerisindeki değişiklikleri anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. In 1967, with the purpose of improving medical education and providing the applied training in a more effective way, under the leadership of Prof. Dr. İhsan Doğramacı, the internship and residency system was started to be used in Turkey, in Hacettepe University. In this research, beginning from the period before the internship and residency in Turkey, the modifications in this system, current applications and the alterations in thoughts of the people about the internship and residency throughout the time was tried to be explained.
