First half of 1941 was the year that World War - II affected Turkey the most. Turkey with the belief that the Turkish-German Amity and Non Aggression Pact would keep off the war, still had the martyrs of the Refah Tragedy as the first martyrs of the World War - II. Tenseness of the era in both political and military ways made the perpetrators of the disaster unrecognizable. In this research we have studied Refah Tragedy, the judicial processes afterwards the incident and the allegations about the tragedy.en_US
