dc.descriptionThe History of Turkey course (HIST200) is a requirement for all Bilkent undergraduates. It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Students from all departments prepare and present final projects for examination by a committee, with 10 projects chosen to receive awards.en_US

Kubuş ailesi ve Kubuş Isıtma Cihazları firması da sektörün Türkiye’ye girişinde ve gelişiminde önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bu çalışmada ısıtma cihazları sektörünün Türkiye’ye girişi, Kubuş Isıtma Cihazları firmasının bu sektörün gelişimine etkisi ve yerli ve yabancı sermayenin sektöre etkisi üzerinde durulmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractToday, heating devices come out in all areas of daily life and they are important in terms of our life standarts. Heating devices have passed through a technological process until they have acquired their places in life. Kubuş family and Kubuş Heating Devices firm has an important role in the entry and the development of the heating equipment sector. This research project is focused on the entry of the sector of heating devices into Turkey, the impact of Kubuş Heating Devices firm on the develeopment of the sector and the impact of domestic and foreign capital on the sector.en_US
