Mikro tarih çalışması: Türkiye'de Queer sinemanın oluşum süreci

Abstract

Türkiye'de Queer Sinema hala oluşum sürecindedir. Yeni imkanlar ve bağlamlar sayesinde gelişmekte olan bu sinema akımının Türkiye'deki oluşum sürecinin incelenmesi, bu sürecin hızlanması ve queerlerin sinemada yanlış temsil edilmesinin önüne geçmek için önemlidir. Türkiye'de queer sinemanın tarihsel oluşum süreci, Türkiye'de LGBTİ+ hareketinin tarihsel izlencesi ile eş zamanlı olarak incelenmiştir. Hareketin tarihçesi araştırılırken daha önce Siyah Pembe Üçgen derneğinin sözlü tarih çalışmaları ve süreli yayınlardan yararlanılmıştır. Türkiye'de queer sinemanın oluşum süreci sinemada LGBTİ+ temsiliyetinin değişimi üzerinden incelenmiştir. Türkiye Sinemasında LGBTİ+ temsiliyeti ya da temaları olan filmler arasından bir seçki oluşturulmuş, ve bu filmler queer teori üzerinden analiz edilmiştir. Turkish Queer Cinema has been still, forming. It is developing with the emergence of new opportunities and networks. To hasten this formation of cinematic movement and avert the wrong representation of queers in movies, the progress of the movement should be researched. The historical progress of forming a Turkish Queer Cinema is analyzed accordingly to the historical progress of the LGBTI+ movement in Turkey. Oral history interviews conducted by Siyah Pembe Ucgen organization, and periodicals were used for the chronology of the movement. The transition of representation of LGBTI+ in Turkish Cinema is researched, to capture how Turkish Queer Cinema started to form itself. The collection of movies with LGBTI+ themes and characters was curated and this collection analyzed with the guidance of queer theory.
