Büyük Porsuk Hotel, which was founded in Eskişehir, named after Emir Porsuk and dates back to 1927, was built to meet the need for accommodation in the city due to innovations and increasing migrations since Eskişehir became a province. Considering the conditions of the period in which it was founded, the hotel, which has superior features over other buildings and structures, hosted a lot of important events. The other Porsuk Hotel, which was started to be built by the Emekli Sandığı after some time after the decision to use the hotel as a municipality building, was opened by Adnan Menderes on May 26, 1960. In this study, the history of Porsuk Hotel is explained by using related documents, publications and interviews. Hotels that do not compromise on their first day's standing by the fact that their historic buildings have come intact to the present day, do not only fascinate with their structural features, but also make themselves mentioned today with the quality of the services provided.
