Abstract

Bu yazıda Abdulkadir özcan A.ş.’nin kuruluşu ve gelişim dönemi anlatılmaktadır. şirketin ne tür zorluklarla karşılaştığı, dönemin ekonomik durumu ve sanayisi de,özellikle otomotiv sektöründeki, bu yazıda detaylı bir şekilde ele alınmıştır. Bu bölümler 1950-1970 arası yılları kapsamaktadır. Ardından kimya sektöründeki gelişimlerin otomotiv sektörü üzerindeki etkisi ve 80 darbesi ile 94 ekonomik krizinin Abdulkadir özcan A.ş. üzerindeki etkilerine de değinilmiştir. Abdulkadir özcan A.ş., kuruluşundan çok sonra da olsa, PETLAS’ı satın aldığı için PETLAS’ın kuruluşundan ve büyüme sürecinden de bahsedilmiştir. Bu bölümler ise 1970-1994 yılları arasını ele almaktadır. In this paper, the inception and development of Abdulkadir özcan Inc. is written. The hardships the company faced as well as the economical status and the industries of Turkey at that time period, focusing on the automotive industry, is discussed. These sections take place between the years 1950 and 1970. Following that, the development in the chemical industry’s effect on the automotive industry is touched upon. Thereafter, the effects of the 80’s military coup and the 94’s economic depression on Abdulkadir özcan Inc. is discussed. Since Abdulkadir özcan Inc. also bought PETLAS, albeit quite some time after its inception, the inception of PETLAS as well as its development is also discussed. These sections encompass the years 1970-1994.
