      Abstract
      Bu makalede b = Ax + n şeklinde gürültülü A’nın tam rank ve x’in seyrek olduğu doğrusal bir denklem sistemi için seyrek x sinyallerini doğru olarak geri oluşturmaya yönelik yeni bir yöntem sunulmuştur. Önerilen yöntem kullanılan veri sınırını belirleyen ||Ax − b||2 = ellipsoidinin genişletilirken sırayla eksenlerin sıfırlanmasına dayanan yinelemeli bir yöntemdir. Seyrek sinyal oluşturma alanında yinelemeli ve 1 norm minimizasyon tabanlı standard yöntemlere göre benzer problemlerde daha yüksek başarım gösteren metot, eksik belirtilmiş sistemlerde standard metotların oluşturması gereken seyreklik seviyesini de yumuşatmaktadır
       
      In this work a novel method for reconstructing sparse x in a noisy full rank linear system such as b = Ax + n is developed. The proposed method depends on enlarging the ellipsiod defined by the data constraint ||Ax−b||2 = and iteratively resetting the axes where the signal is zero. The proposed method has a higher reconstruction performance compared to standard iterative and 1 norm minimization based sparse recovery methods. Also our method relaxes the sparsity level constraint to be reconstructed by the standard methods for an underdetermined system.
