      Abstract
We study the synchronization of two chaotic maps described by a logistic equation. We propose a new feedback term and show that the resulting system has some desired properties including exponential synchronization with arbitrary decay rate, and robustness with respect to parameter mismatch and noise. We also present some simulation results and some possible extensions of this scheme to the synchronization of other chaotic systems.
