      Abstract
      Organization Development is a guidance of the Performance Improvement Planning Method, which is widely used to operationalize organizational change. The fundemental assumption of this study is that the Process Consultation Technique is an effective means to facilitate organization development and increase performance. This thesis first presents a literature survey followed by an analysis of a case study conducted at STFA ENERCOM.
