It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Tiyatrodaki başarılarıyla adını büyük kitlelere duyurmuş Hakan Altıner’in hayat ve tiyatronun genel durumu, kendisinin ağzından dinlediğimiz anekdotlarla yıllara ayrılarak incelenmiştir. Makalede Hakan Altıner’in ilk yılları, İBB Şehir Tiyatroları müdürlük süreci ve 2000’ler sonrası tiyatro kariyeri anlatılmıştır. Böylece, Hakan Altıner’in tiyatro hayatı ve o zamanların tiyatro dünyası bir bütün halinde izlenmiş olacaktır.In the study, the period from the time Hakan Altıner, one of the masters of Turkish theater, started to theater until today is discussed. The life and general situation of the theater of Hakan Altıner, who made his name known to the masses with his successes in theatre, was examined over the years with the anecdotes we heard from his own mouth. In the article, Hakan Altıner's early years, his period as director of IMM City Theaters and his theater career after the 2000s are described.
