It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Atılım Üniversitesi günümüzde de Türkiye sıralamasında en üstlerde yerini korumakta ve daha iyi olmak için çaba göstermektedir.The scope of our research includes the educational life of Yalçın Zaim, the founder of Atılım University, how the idea of founding a university emerged, the state of education in Turkey during the founding period of the university, the establishment of the university and the studies carried out in the period after its establishment. The low number of foundation universities and the endless state support of state universities were the most distinctive features of state and foundation universities at that time. Atılım University has distinguished itself from other universities with its current location, the opportunities it provides, the dual language of education, and the selection of academic staff. The library of Atılım University has been around since its foundation.
