It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Bu iki geleneğin işlev, biçim ve uygulanışı röportaj yapılan kişilerden alınan örnekler çerçevesinde karşılaştırılacaktır. 1980-2000 yılları arasında kurumların attığı adımlarla atma türkü ve âşıklık edebiyatının değişimine ve bu adımların sonuçlarına değinilecektir. Bu sonuçlar yorumlanırken âşık edebiyatı ve atma türkü geleneği hakkındaki yazılı kaynaklardan ve yapılan röportajlardan faydalanarak tarihi ve kronolojik bir perspektif izlenecektir. Bu değerlendirmeler ışığında atma türkü geleneğinin ve âşık edebiyatının evriminde 1980-2000 yılları arasındaki Türkiye’deki kurumların attığı adımların etkisinin daha iyi anlaşılması amaçlanmaktadır.In this article, the distinctive features of the atma türkü tradition in Rize and the âşıklık literature in Kayseri will be examined separately, and the continuation of these oral cultural elements in their respective regions will be explained. The functions, forms, and practices of these two traditions will be compared within the framework of examples obtained from the interviews. The steps taken by institutions between 1980 and 2000 will be discussed in relation to the transformation of atma türkü and âşıklık literature, along with the outcomes of these steps. While interpreting these results, a historical and chronological perspective will be followed, drawing on written sources and interviews about âşıklık literature and the atma türkü tradition.
