The new regime adopted in Iran with the Islamic Revolution in 1979 caused some diversions in the country, and as a result, a wave of migration started from Iran to Turkey and the world. Turkey has been greatly affected by this migration due to its location and being a neighbor to Iran. Among the reasons for the migration, Iran's anti-democratic and oppressive attitude, especially towards the opposition, played an important role. In this study, the circumstances in Iran in those years, migration to Turkey and the process of adaptation are explained by Şehriyar Şems, one of the Iranian immigrants living in Turkey.10 pagesTurkishCreative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlikehttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/İranİslam devrimiGöçFarsHumeyniPehleviIranIslamic revolutionMigrationPersianKhomeiniPahlavi1979 İran İslam Devrimi sonrası Şehriyar Şems’in Türkiye’ye göç hikayesiStudent ProjectSPB3851
