The biggest factor behind current reputation of the wines of Şirince village are the realization of the fitness of the region for wine production by Helmut Hermann Krauss, of German origin, who came to Şirince in 1998 as a tourist and his decision to invest in the region after being influenced by the wine-producing villagers he saw. In this way, wine production and winemaking techniques in Şirince village have become more systematic. In addition, the factory has brought its name forward in Şirince with the production of fruit wine. The founders closed the factory and abandoned their debts after the company was 21 million Turkish lira for non-compliance with the banderol application issued in 2007. Despite bankruptcy, Krauss and its partners continue producing in the newly established wine houses today.20 pagesTurkishCreative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlikeŞarapŞirinceFabrikaKöyArtemisWineFactoryVillageAlman bir şarap uzmanıyla ünlenen köy: ŞirinceStudent ProjectSPB3480
