It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Students from all departments prepare and present final projects for examination by a committee, with 10 projects chosen to receive awards.Includes bibliographical references (page 18).Makalede Türk yazar, şair, araştırmacı ve gazete yazarı Sunay Akın’ın hayatı incelenmiştir. Bu araştırma yapılırken çocukluğu ve aile yapısı, edebi kişiliği, televizyonculuktaki yeri ve radyoculuk kariyeri adlı alt başlıklar üzerinde durulmuştur. Çocukluğu ve aile yapısı ele alınırken Trabzon’dan İstanbul’a yaptığı göç ve yaşadığı sokağın yaşamına etkileri incelenmiştir. Edebi kişiliği incelenirken çocukluğundan başlayarak Sunay Akın’ı etkileyen edebi kişilikler ve olaylardan bahsedilmiş ve eserlerine değinilmiştir. Televizyonculuk ve radyoculuk kariyeri kısmında ise yapmış olduğu programlar ve tek kişilik gösterilerinden bahsedilmiştir. Son olarak Sunay Akın öncülüğünde kurulan Türkiye’deki ilk Oyuncak Müzesi’nin önemi, amacı, kuruluş hikayesi ve süreç boyunca yaşanan zorluklar üzerine detaylı araştırmalar yapılmıştır.In this article, the life of Turkish writer, poet, researcher and newspaper writer Sunay Akın has been examined. While conducting this research, sub-titles such as his childhood and family structure, his literary personality, his role in television broadcasting and his career in radio broadcasting were emphasized. While discussing his childhood and family structure, his migration from Trabzon to Istanbul and the effects of the street he lived on during his childhood were examined. While examining his literary personality, the poets, writers and events that influenced Sunay Akın starting from his childhood were mentioned, and Akın’s works have been discussed. In the sub-part referring to his television and radio broadcasting career, his programs and one-man shows are mentioned.
