It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Students from all departments prepare and present final projects for examination by a committee, with 10 projects chosen to receive awards.Includes bibliographical references (pages 16-17).Bu araştırmanın amacı, dünyanın yedinci, Türkiye'nin tek uzay kampı olan Uzay Kampı Türkiye'nin kuruluşunu, kurumsallaşmasını, halkın ve medyanın kampa olan tepkisini ve günümüze kadar olan tarihsel sürecini incelemektir. Bu amaçla tarama modeli kullanılarak, birincil ve ikincil kaynak araştırması yapılarak kampın kuruluş ve tanıtım sürecinde aktif görev almışkişilerle sözlü görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, diğer uzay kampları kapanırken Uzay Kampı Türkiye'nin hâlâ aktif olarak çalışmalarını sürdürmesinin katılımcıların yoğun ilgisinden kaynaklandığı sonucu elde edilmiştir.This study aims to examine the foundation and institutionalization process of the world's seventh and Turkey's first space camp, Space Camp Turkey, with the course of development and growth along its historical journey. To achieve this, information was gathered from various sources including prominent people who played a crucial role in the camp's establishment process.
