Bu amaç doğrultusunda Rona Serozan’ın Medeni Hukuk çatısı altında Aile Hukuku ve Kişiler Hukuku alanındaki çalışmaları araştırmaya ışık tutar. Rona Serozan’ın eski kanunda özellikle eşitsizlikler ve uluslararası hukuka uygunluk bakımından gördüğü eksiklikler üzerine kaleme aldığı eserlerden yola çıkılarak onun fikirlerinin yeni kanunun hazırlanmasında görev alan komisyon üzerindeki etkisi gözler önüne serilir. Son olarak Türk hukuk literatürüne yaptığı katkılarla beraber yetiştirdiği öğrenciler, etkilediği akademisyenler üzerinden onun Türk hukukuna bıraktığı miras ortaya konur. This study examines the behind-the-scenes contributions of Rona Serozan, one of the names who left a deep mark on Turkish Civil Law, to the preparation of the New Turkish Civil Code from 1990 to 2002.
