It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Ülkede gerçekleşen çoğu bale temsilinin İstanbul’da sahne alması Bursa ilinde aktif bir bale kültürünün olmamasına neden olmuştur. Neriman Bekiroğlu’nun kurmuş olduğu Neriman Bale Kursu bu anlamda Bursa’nın sahip olduğu ilk etkin bale eğitim merkezidir. Bale ile küçük yaşta tanışmış olan Neriman Bekiroğlu uzun yıllar bale eğitimi aldıktan sonra kendi bale okulunu açmaya karar vermiştir. İstanbul’da hali hazırda dört ayrı bale eğitim merkezinin olması ve kendi öğretmenine olan saygısı Neriman Bekiroğlu’nu kursu Bursa’da açmaya teşvik etmiştir. Başlangıçta çeşitli zorluklarla karşı karşıya kalan Neriman Bekiroğlu, sıkı çalışmasının sonucunda Bursa halkının ilgisini ve sevgisini kazanmıştır. 40. yılını doldurmuş olan Neriman Bale Kursu günümüzde başarılarını Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı, Sofya Ulusal Müzik Akademisi ve Royal Bale Akademisi müfredatını öğrencilere aşılayarak ile devam ettirmektedir.The Republic of Turkey was first introduced to the art of ballet in 1948 through the British dancer Ninette de Valois. The majority of ballet performances in the country took place in Istanbul, which led to the lack of an active ballet culture in Bursa. Neriman Ballet School, founded by Neriman Bekiroğlu, is the first active ballet training center in Bursa in this regard. Neriman Bekiroğlu, who was introduced to ballet at a young age, decided to open her own ballet school after receiving ballet training for many years. The already existing four different ballet training centers in Istanbul and her respect for her own teacher encouraged Neriman Bekiroğlu to open her school in Bursa. Neriman Bekiroğlu faced various initial difficulties, however, as a result of her hard work, she attracted the attention and love of the people of Bursa.
