It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Students from all departments prepare and present final projects for examination by a committee, with 10 projects chosen to receive awards.Bu makale, 1960-1980 dönemi Türk sinemasının önemli bir figürü olan Elif Film'in rolünü ve etkisini incelemektedir. Elif Film, Türk sinemasının milli sinema ve toplumsal gerçekçilik gibi önemli akımları içinde yer almış ve dönemin siyasi ve toplumsal dinamiklerini yansıtan filmler üretmiştir. Makale, Elif Film'in kuruluşundan faaliyetlerine, çektiği filmlerden topluma yansıttığı mesajlara kadar çeşitli yönlerini ele almaktadır. Elif Film'in başarısı, dönemin siyasi ve toplumsal arka planıyla yakından ilişkilidir ve dönemin koşullarının Türk sinemasına olan etkisini vurgular. Makale ayrıca Elif Film'in diğer Türk filmleriyle olan benzerliklerini ve farklılıklarını da ele alarak, Türk sinemasının bu önemli dönemine ışık tutmayı amaçlamaktadır. Elif Film'in Türk sinemasındaki rolü ve mirası, Türk sinemasının evrimi ve çeşitliliği üzerinde önemli bir etkiye sahiptir.This article examines the role and influence of Elif Film, an important figure of Turkish cinema in the period 1960-1980. Elif Film has taken part in important movements of Turkish cinema, such as National Cinema and social realism. It has produced films that reflect the political and social dynamics of the period. The article deals with various aspects of Elif Film, from its establishment to its activities, from the films it makes to the messages it projects to society. The success of Elif Film is closely related to the political and social background of the period and emphasizes the influence of the conditions of the period on Turkish cinema. The article also aims to shed light on this important period of Turkish cinema by addressing the similarities and differences between Elif Film and other Turkish films.
