Therefore field research was conducted in order to identify the variables that are influencing the renovation decisions of Turkish elderly people. Based upon the findings, a comparison of the results of the empirical study with the proposed solutions of design guide books is made. The collected data are used to develop Design Decision Support System (DDSS) model for the wet space renovation of the residences used by Turkish Elderly.EnglishAging in placeDesign decision support systemDesign modelElderly residencesA design decision support system model for the wet space renovation of elderly people's residencesArticle10.1080/00038628.2000.96968951758-9622
