It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Students from all departments prepare and present final projects for examination by a committee, with 10 projects chosen to receive awards.Includes bibliographical references (page 15).Türkiye sinemacılığının başlarda umutsuz olarak gördüğü ve yabancı sinemayı “yağmalama” olarak tabir ettiği Fantastik Sinema uyarlaması ve Fantastik Türk Sineması tecrübesizlikten ve maddi imkansızlıklardan dolayı seyirciden gereken ilgiyi Kilink dönemine kadar bulamaz. Yılmaz Atadeniz’in Kilink üçlemesi ile yeniden başlattığı Fantastik Sinema Uyarlaması Dönemi, ikinci dalgayı çok iyi yakalar ve hatırı sayılır bir hayran kitlesi oluşturur. Bu araştırma ve inceleme yazısı, Fantastik Türk Sinemacılığı dönemini yeniden başlatan ve nihayet önyargıları yıkabilen Fantastik Türk Sineması’nın en kült filmlerinden Kilink’i incelemektedir.Due to the lack of experience, auidence and money, Fantastic Turkish Cinema which was seemed to be desperate and was referred as imitator of foreign cinema, could not find the expected appreciation until the movie “Kilink” comes out. Atadeniz’s Kilink initiates a new era in Turkish Cinema and it achieves its goal and gains a huge group of fans.
