It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Bu işletmenin kurucularından olan Selim Tüysüz'ün de yardımlarıyla bu kooperatifin geçmişten günümüze kadar olan gelişim aşamalarında karşılaştıkları tüm deneyimleri yansıtacağız. Aynı zamanda bu özel bölgenin şarapçılık tarihindeki yerini ele alarak tarihi etkilerini gözlemleyeceğiz. Bunun yanısıra, bölgenin sosyoekonomik ve çevresel düzeyde değişen siyasi etkilerini ve yönetmeliklerin sektöre ne tür katkılarının bulunduğunu ve şarapçılığın Kalecik yöresindeki tarihi gelişimini inceleyeceğiz.Within the scope of this research writing, while examining the social and economic factors of local wine production in Turkey, we will cover the story of Çaybağı Kalecik Wines, a local winery in the Kalecik district of Ankara, whose origins date back to the 90s. With the help of Selim Tüysüz, one of the founders of this enterprise, we will reflect on all the experiences that this cooperative has encountered in the development stages from the past to the present. At the same time, we will observe the historical effects of this special region by considering its place in the history of winemaking.
