It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Students from all departments prepare and present final projects for examination by a committee, with 10 projects chosen to receive awards.Includes bibliographical references (page 10).Bu projede III. kuşak Çerkes göçmeni Adige sülalesinin Osmanlı Devleti'ne göçü sonrası yaşadıkları kültürel değişim süreci incelenecektir. Bu inceleme sırasında Çerkeslerin Osmanlı Devleti'ne göç etme nedenleri ve oraya nasıl yerleştiği ele alınarak Çerkes Göçü incelenecektir. Osmanlı Devleti'nin göçmen Çerkeslere uyguladığı siyasi politikalar da ele alındıktan sonra, III. kuşak Adige boyundan olan Asım ERKAN'ın verdiği bilgiler ışığında Adige boyunun Osmanlı topraklarına göçünden sonraki gelişimi ve kültürel değişimi incelenecektir. Adige boyunun bu göç sonrası kültürel değişimini ele almak için Çerkes kültürü hakkında genel bilgiler verilecektir. Çerkes toplumunun göçten önceki genel kültürü ve Çerkes soyundan Adige boyunun göçten sonra kültürel açıdan yaşadığı değişiklikler karşılaştırılarak, Adige boyunun bu göçten nasıl etkilendiği belirlenecektir.In this project, III. General information about Circassian culture will also be given to an address this post-migration cultural change of the Adyghe tribe.
