The main problem of this study is how traditional oral storytelling turns into digital storytelling. For this reason, first of all, we will travel back to the concept of traditional storytelling, meddahs, who are one of the most important storytellers, are examined. In addition to specifying the differences that distinguish digital narratives from traditional narratives in terms of form and content, the interactive nature of digital narratives will be explored. With digitization, the author is not alone in shaping his/her story now, and the writer and the reader communicate together. Thus, this thesis also examines how readers or audiences will be able to interact with the story itself without being passive in the face of the content and be active producers in conveying their own stories.vi, 90 leaves : color illustrations ; 30 cm.Englishinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessStorytellingMeddahDigitizationNew mediaOral tradition“I Discovered A New World When I Became A Storyteller”: the story of the storytelling from traditional to digital“Bir hikaye anlatıcısı olduğumda, yeni bir dünya keşfettim”: gelenekselden dijital hikaye anlatıcılığının hikayesiThesisB161717
