It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Özellikle darbe sonrasında ortaya çıkan apolitikleşmeyle beraber kitap, dergi, müzik ve kafe kültüründeki evrimleşme araştırılmıştır.After the coup of September 12, 1980, Turkey entered a period in which political pressures, ideological conflicts and social transformations were intense. After this coup, the differences in the political, social and cultural lives of young people between 1980 and 1990, and primarily the changes in their consumption areas, were examined. The sociological and ideological indirect and direct effects of this period on students and the social and cultural differences in their lives are discussed.
