It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Students from all departments prepare and present final projects for examination by a committee, with 10 projects chosen to receive awards.Includes bibliographical references (pages 17-18).Bu makalede ilk olarak tüm Avrupa'ya yayılmış ve her ülkede farklı çeşitlerdeki sunumuyla popülaritesini arttırmış olan dönerden bahsedilmiştir. Makalenin devamında Türklerin işçi olarak Almanya'ya göç etmesiyle beraber yaşadıkları kültürel zorluklar ve uyum sürecinden bahsedilmiş, ardından Remzi Kaplan'ın göç hikayesi anlatılmıştır. Berlin Duvarı'nın yıkılışı sonrası Doğu Almanya'ya döneri getiren ilk isim olan Remzi Kaplan, burada Kaplan Döner'i açmış ve üretime başlamıştır. Makalenin son kısmında ise Almanya'daki başarısı ve girişimcilik örnekleriyle bilinen Remzi Kaplan'ın uluslararası kurum ve kuruluşlarda da yer almasından bahsedilmiş, Remzi Kaplan'ın adını sadece dönerle duyurmadığı vurgulanmıştır.In this article, firstly, that döner spread all over Europe and increased its popularity with different types of presentation in each country is mentioned. In the continuation of the article, the cultural difficulties and adaptation process that the Turks experienced after migrating to Germany as workers is mentioned and then the migration story of Remzi Kaplan is written. Remzi Kaplan, the first name to bring the döner to East Germany after the fall of the Berlin Wall, opened Kaplan Döner and started production here. In the last part of the article, that Remzi Kaplan, who is known for his success in Germany and entrepreneurship examples, is in international institutions and organizations is mentioned .
