It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Araştırma süresince çeşitli gazete küpürleri, Vakıfta uzun süredir aktif olarak rol alan kişilerin kitapları, BNGV’nin resmi web sitesi ve çeşitli ikincil kaynaklardan yararlanılmıştır. Aynı zamanda vakfın ilk yönetim kurulu başkanı olan Mustafa Tınaz Titiz ile röportaj gerçekleştirilmiş ve ikincil kaynaklarda bulunmayan bilgilere ve hikâyelere de yer verilmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı BNGV’nin kuruluş süreci, çalışmaları ve amaçları hakkında detaylı bilgiler sunmaktır.This paper provides the journey of Beyaz Nokta Development Foundation (BNDF), including its founding motivations, its past and active projects, and the core concepts that are essential to its identity. For this paper; various newspaper clippings, books written by members who have played an active role in the foundation, the foundation’s official website, and a variety of secondary sources were used. Furthermore, an interview with the first chairman of the foundation’s board of directors, Mustafa Tınaz Titiz, was conducted which offered a wide scope of information that was not published before.
