It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Türkiye’nin değişen yapısı içinde büyümeye devam eden ve Barillla’nın çatısı altına girmekle daha da gelişen Filiz Makarna’nın tarihsel gelişim basamaklarının incelenmesi ülkedeki genel makarnacılık sektörünün gelişiminin anlaşılması bakımından büyük önem teşkil etmektedir.Since its establishment in 1974, Filiz Makarna is considered as the biggest company amongst other companies in cooperation with its factories and products that satisfy the consumer. Filiz Makarna, has done uncountable number of contributions to the Turkish food industry while producing its products. With the improving state of Turkey, Filiz Makarna of Barilla, has been improving as well.
