Sign making is a type of craft that emerged after the Industrial Revolution because businesses needed promotion. While the profession was practiced with limited techniques in the first development process, it gained diversity over time, especially with the development of font knowledge. The signage profession, which could only reach Turkey in the 19th century, was primarily common among non-Muslims. With the Turks starting to use the Latin alphabet after the alphabet revolution, a suitable environment was created for the spread of signage among the Turks. Thus, Turks became connoisseurs of signage over time and handed it down to future generations. In the period when the apartments increased, a development was observed in the apartment signs. It is known that the profession tends to be forgotten over time, mainly due to technological developments, increasing population and unplanned urbanization.21 pagesTurkishCreative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlikehttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/TabelacılıkApartman tabelalarıZanaatReklamHarf devrimSignageApartment signsCraftPromotionAlphabet revolutionKentsel dönüşümün gölgesinde kaybolan apartman tabelalarıStudent ProjectSPB3941
