The results of four prediction models are compared to find out the most efficient one. The models used in this study are: Discriminant Analysis, Logit Analysis, Factor-Logistic Analysis and Alternative Accounting Measures for Prediction. According to the results of this study. Discriminant Analysis has the best predictive ability.
