Adada faaliyet gösteren EOKA örgütü, enosis hedefine ulaşma çabaları doğrultusunda Türklerin adadaki varlığını sona erdirmek için 21-26 Aralık 1963 tarihleri arasında Kanlı Noel saldırıları gerçekleştirmiştir. Bu olay sonrasında Fezile Özcan, çatışmalar esnasında huzuru sağlamak adına adaya gelen askerlerden birine aşık olmasıyla kendine bir aile kurmak için Türkiye'ye gelmiş, böylece birçok Kıbrıs Türkü gibi Özcan da adadan göç etmiştir. Fezile Özcan adadaki tanıdığı Kıbrıs Türkleri aracılığıyla 1974 Kıbrıs Harekâtı'ndan etkilenmiş, ancak harekât sonrası adaya geri dönen bazı Türklerin aksine Türkiye'de hayatını sürdürme kararı almıştır.In this paper the repercussions of the consequences of the crisis between Greek and Turkish peoples on the civilians were conveyed based on the memories of Fezile Özcan at that time. EOKA, which conducted its activities on the island, carried out Bloody Christmas attacks between 21-26 December 1963 in order to end the Turks' presence on the island in line with efforts to reach the enosis. Having fallen in love with one of the soldiers that came to the island to maintain peace during the conflicts, Fezile Özcan came to Turkey just like the other Turkish Cypriots that had to migrate from the island. Fezile Özcan was affected by the 1974 Turkish Peace Operation through her friends and family on the island. However, unlike some Turks who returned to the island after the operation, she decided to continue her life in Turkey.16 pagesTurkishCreative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlikeGöçKıbrısSivil hayatEOKAEnosisKanlı NoelFezile ÖzcanUluslararası Barış GücüImmigrationCyprusCivilian lifeBloody ChristmasUnited Nations Peacekeeping ForceÖZER HIST 200-4/6 2019-20Savaştan aşka: Fezile Özcan'ın anlatılarıyla Kıbrıs krizinin siviller üzerindeki etkileriStudent ProjectSPB3042
