It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Students from all departments prepare and present final projects for examination by a committee, with 10 projects chosen to receive awards.Includes bibliographical references (pages 19-21).Türk Futbolu, cumhuriyetin kuruluşundan itibaren önemli değişimler yaşamıştır. Bu süreçte bir sürü önemli olaylara tanıklık edilmiştir. Türk Futbolunun gelişim aşamasında Teoman Parer isimli Türk hakem bu önemli sürecin bir parçası olmuştur ve şu anki süperlig denilebilecek maçlarda orta ve yan hakem olarak görev almıştır. Teoman Parer bu süreç içerisinde yurt dışındaki maçları da yönetme şansına sahip olmuştur. Hem maç öncesinde hem de maç esnasında istenmedik tekliflere ve olaylara tanıklık etmiştir. Bu araştırmada Teoman Parer’in kişisel futbol günlüğünden, cumhuriyet gazete arşivlerinden, web sitelerinden, oğlu Sabri Onur Parer ile yapılan röportajdan, futbol kitaplarından yararlanılarak Teoman Parer’in hakemlik kariyeri dönemin futbolunda yaşanan olaylarla ve Teoman Parer’in, hakemliği bıraktıktan sonra gerçekleşen değişimlerle zenginleştirilmiştir.Turkish Football has experienced significant changes since the establishment of the republic. Many important events were witnessed during this period. In the development phase of Turkish Football, a Turkish referee named Teoman Parer was a part of this important process and served as a referee and side referee in the matches that can be called the current super league. During this period, Teoman Parer also had the chance to manage matches abroad. He witnessed unwanted offers and events both before and during the match.
