Emine Özgür and Belma Saldamlı immigrated to Turkey in 1989 with the major migration movement. The aim of this research is to illuminate the period before and after migration with the focus of the interviews conducted with Emine Özgür and Belma Saldamlı. Discussions with Emine Özgür, who had just completed her dentistry education and Belma Saldamlı who was still at high school age during the migration period provided two different perspectives to the study. In order to base the study with historical facts, sources as articles and journals on Bulgarian migration were consulted. Through these sources, the cultural, social, economic and political aspects of Bulgarian migration were mentioned, and the information obtained from the interview was grounded.15 pagesTurkishCreative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlikehttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/AsimilasyonSoya dönüşBulgar göçüTürk-Bulgar ilişkileri1989’da Bulgaristan’dan Türkiye’ye uzanan yolculuk: Özgür ailesiStudent ProjectSPB4434
