It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Students from all departments prepare and present final projects for examination by a committee, with 10 projects chosen to receive awards.Includes bibliographical references (pages 15-16).Türkiye’de iş adamları dernekleri ticari ve sosyal alanlarda etkinlikler düzenleyen, ülkenin ya da bulunduğu şehrin ekonomisine katkı verecek projeleri hayata geçiren veya bu projelere ön ayak olan kurumlardır. Çalışmada, Ankara Genç İş Adamları Derneğinin (ANGİAD) 1991 yılında kurulmasına neden olan ekonomik, politik ve sosyal durumlara değinildi. Ayrıca derneğin ilerleyen dönemlerinde Ankara Ticaretine sunduğu katkılarına odaklanıldı. Son olarak derneğin yapısı açıklandı.In Turkey, businessman associations are institutions that arrange events in trade and social domains. They run or lead projects that contribute to the country or city economy. The study mentions the economic, political, and social situations that caused the establishment of the Ankara Young Businessman Association in1991. It also focuses on the association’s subsequent contributions to Ankara Trade.
