Like many sectors, the film industry took advantage of this newfound freedom and began its own unionization efforts. In the 1960s, political reasons as well as employers' attitudes towards workers pushed employees towards unionism. The union activities that began in the 1960s reached their peak in the 1970s with new unions and events like the Ankara March. The unions in the cinema sector lost their active status after the 1980 coup.17 pages.TurkishCreative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlikeSinemaSendikaSendikacılıkİşçiOyuncuCinemaUnionUnionizationWorkerActor1960-1980 yıllarında sinema sektöründeki sendikalaşma süreciStudent ProjectSPB4500
