It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Students from all departments prepare and present final projects for examination by a committee, with 10 projects chosen to receive awards.Includes bibliographical references (page 12).Hacı Baba Et Lokantası 1942 senesinde Hacı Mehmet Saygı tarafından Malatya’da kurulmuştur. Kurulduğu tarihten bugüne farklı mekânlarda hizmet vermeye devam eden lokanta Malatya ilinin en eski lokantalarından biridir. Hacı Baba Et Lokantası Malatya’da lokantacılık kültürünün öncülerinden kabul edilmektedir. Lokanta taşrada görece geç gelişen lokanta işletmeciliği olgusunun erken örneklerinden birisi olarak değerlendirilebilir. Bunun yanı sıra lokantanın Malatya mutfak kültürünün korunması ve devam ettirilmesinde etkili olduğu düşünülmektedir.Hacı Baba Et Lokantası was established in Malatya in 1942 by Hacı Mehmet Saygı. The restaurant, which continues to serve in different places since its establishment, is one of the oldest restaurants in Malatya. Hacı Baba Et Lokantası is considered one of the pioneers of the restaurant culture in Malatya. The restaurant can be considered as one of the early examples of the relatively late development of restaurant management in the countryside.
