It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Students from all departments prepare and present final projects for examination by a committee, with 10 projects chosen to receive awards.Includes bibliographical references (page 15).Bu çalışmada 1965-2000 arası birçok TRT yapımında imzası bulunan Ümit Tunçağ ile röportaj gerçekleştirilmiş, kendisinin radyo ve televizyon programlarıyla birlikte dönemin yayıncılığında değişimler yaratan olayların etkileri incelenmiştir. Dönemin yayıncılık anlayışı verilen örneklerle birlikte araştırılmış, günümüz anlayışıyla karşılaştırılarak gerçekleşen değişime dikkat çekilmiştir. Ümit Tunçağ’ın kişisel tecrübeleri üzerinden darbeler de olmak üzere yaşanan siyasi büyük olayların yayıncılığa etkileri ve radyo ile televizyon dünyaları hakkında izlenim sahibi olunması hedeflenmiştir.This project will examine the events that shaped the broadcasting along with radio and television programs made by Ümit Tunçağ, who played an active role in producing many programs in TRT between 1965 and 2000, through the interview with him. The mentality of television and radio programs produced during that period has been researched along with examples, comparing it with today’s mentality and pinpointing the differences between them.
