X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy is utilized for the characterization of the CdS and CdTe layers. The influence of the electrodeposition potential, the pH and the thiosulfate concentration on the stoichiometry of CdS and CdTe layers are discussed. © Springer-Verlag 1996.EnglishElectrodepositionPhotoelectron spectroscopyThin filmsCadmium Sulfide mineralsCadmium TelluriumIndium OxidesManufacturing processTin OxidesSolar cellsElectron spectroscopic investigations of CdS and CdTe electrochemically coated on glassArticle10.1007/s0021663550384
