It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Konrad Adenauer adı iyi niyet göstergesi olarak Ankara Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanlığı tarafından Ankara'da bir caddeye verilmiştir.With the election of Konrad Adenauer as President of the Federal Republic of Germany, Turkish-German relations gained a new dimension. Konrad Adenauer is an important personality both for Turkish and German politics, considering his contributions to Labor Agreement and other developments. The German-based Konrad Adenauer Foundation works on democracy and economic development in many countries. The Turkey branch of the foundation operates on the same principles as well as to improve the Turkish-German relations.
