It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Cumhuriyet döneminde yeni kurumsallaşmaya göre biçimlendirilen Saint Benoit Lisesi’nin 1923-2000 yılları arasındaki eğitim-öğretim sürecinde onu oluşturan temel özellikleri ve zaman içindeki dönüşümü üzerinde yazılı ve sözlü kaynaklar araştırılarak durulmuştur.Saint Benoit High School from İstanbul, Beyoğlu is one of the well-established western institutions that is still alive in our land. After its long history, Saint Benoit was formed according to the new republic period’s institutionalization concept.
