To do that IŞBANK’s management information systems has been considered as the sample MIS environment. Questionnaire measuring MIS users involvement and satisfaction levels were conducted as well as preinterviews with the different MIS user groups at IŞBANK. After the questionnaires postinterviews were conducted to better analj^ze the subject. Based on the feedback from preinterviews, the relationships between various measures have been studied.
