Bu dönem, özellikle mavi yakalıların etkin rol oynadığı 1964 ve 1977’deki grevlerle sendikal hakların genişletilmesi mücadelesinde belirleyici olmuştur. Ancak 12 Eylül ihtilali, sendikalar üzerinde kısıtlayıcı yaptırımlar getirmiş ve birçok sendikal yapıyı zor duruma düşürmüştür. Bu çalışma, 1980 darbesi ve 1982 Anayasası’nın getirdiği değişikliklerin sendikal hareketler ve işçi sınıfı üzerindeki etkilerini, Türk Metal Sendikası örneği üzerinden anlatmayı görev edinmiştir. In Turkey, syndicalism gained significant momentum following the 1960 coup, enabled by the labor and collective bargaining rights introduced with the Turkish Constitution of 1961. This period was pivotal in expanding union rights, marked by the active participation of blue-collar workers in the strikes of 1964 and then 1977. However, 1980 coup brought restrictive sanctions on unions, severely challenging many union structures. This study examines the impact of 1980 coup and the changes introduced by the Turkish Constitution of 1982 on union movements and the working class, using the Turkish Metal Union as a case study.18 pages.TurkishCreative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlikehttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/Türkiye’de sendikacılık1961 AnayasasıTürk Metal Sendikası1980 darbesiİşçi hareketleriSyndicalism in TurkeyTurkish constitution of 1961Turkish Metal Union1980 CoupLabor movements1980 darbesi ve Türkiye’de sendikacılık: Türk Metal SendikasıStudent ProjectSPB4807
