It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. In this article, the mission of the association will be addressed. It will also contain the changes in the Türk Kütüphaneciliği journal over years and their contribution to the journal. Another subject that will be presented in this article is the perspectives on librarianship in the past and present in Turkey and the role of Türk Kütüphaneciliği journal in improving this perspective. This journal will mention the important authors that contributed to this article.
