It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Students from all departments prepare and present final projects for examination by a committee, with 10 projects chosen to receive awards.Includes bibliographical references (page 16).Bu araştırmada; Türk Sineması’nın 1960’dan günümüze kadar geçirdiği süreç ışığında Büyülü Fener Sinemaları’nın kuruluşu ve Ankara’nın sinema kültürüne yaptığı katkılar araştırılmıştır. 1996’dan günümüze Büyülü Fener sinemalarının geçirdiği süreç incelenerek Ankara’da bir kültür ve sanat merkezi haline nasıl geldiği ortaya konmuştur. Ayrıca Ankara’daki film festivalleri için Büyülü Fener’in yeri ve önemi de irdelenmiştir.In this research, the foundation of Büyülü Fener and the contribution of Büyülü Fener to the cinema culture in Ankara have been analyzed. It has been discussed how Büyülü Fener has become a culture and art center in Ankara by analyzing the process after 1996.
