It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Students from all departments prepare and present final projects for examination by a committee, with 10 projects chosen to receive awards.Includes bibliographical references (page 19).1955 yılından 1990’lı yıllara kadar olan dönemde Bahçelievler Deneme Lisesi’nin kuruluşu ve gelişimi bunu yanında da Türkiye’nin genel atmosferinin ve okulun eğitim sisteminin değişmesi sonucu kalitesinin düşmesi gözlemlenmiştir. Bu bağlamda, okulun akademik başarısı, öğrenci-öğretmen ilişkisi, okulun eğitim sistemi, mezunların okula bağlılığı, öğrencilerin eğitimleri sırasında sahip oldukları imkanlar ve Deneme Lisesi’nin diğer okullardan farkları incelenmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında 1955-1990 yılları arasında okulda eğitim görmüş öğrencilerle yapılan görüşmelerden ve aynı zamanda bu dönemde ve sonrasında okul ve mezunlar derneği tarafından çıkarılmış dergi, gazete ve yıllıklardan yararlanılmıştır.In the period from 1955 to 1990 the establishment of the Bahçelievler Deneme High School, its development are observed and additionaly, since the atmosphere of Turkey and curriculum of the school has changed, the quality of the school has diminished. In this context, the academic success of the school, the relationship between the student and the teacher, the education system of the school, the loyalty of the graduates to the school, the opportunities that students have during their education and the differences of the experimental high schools from other schools were examined. Within the scope of the research, between 1955 and 1990, the magazines, newspapers and yearly publications published by both alumni association and school were used.
