It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. The world situation before the Korean War, and the process of the outbreak of the war were investigated. The life story of Süleyman Kaleci, which took him to the Korean War, was transcribed and the years of the Korean War were told through the eyes of a soldier. The Korean War, which was examined with the help of the memories of Süleyman Kaleci, and how difficult it was, was conveyed throughout the article.
