It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Students from all departments prepare and present final projects for examination by a committee, with 10 projects chosen to receive awards.Includes bibliographical references (page 15).Bu araştırmada, Anayasa Mahkemesi eski başkanı Sayın Yekta Güngör özden’in hayat hikayesi belirli konu başlıkları altında incelenmiştir. Süreç içinde Tokat’tan Ankara’ya uzanan hayat hikayesi ve Atatürk’e beslediği yoğun duygularının onun hayatına olan etkisi ve hukuk camiası altında yaptığı çalışmalar ve topluma kazandırdığı görüşler üzerinde durulmuştur. Yazılı ve sözlü kaynaklardan faydalanarak araştırma tamamlanmıştır.This paper is researched Yekta Güngör özden’s life, who is the former head of Turkish Constitutional Court. In this process, it is researched under several topics including his life from Tokat to Ankara, his emotions related to Atatürk and therefore the effects of those emotions on his life and his ideas which he gave to society on the area of law.
