Following the foundation of PKK on November 28, 1978, terrorist acts have taken place in many regions of Turkey, mainly in the Eastern Anatolia, starting from the 1980s. Some of these actions took place as village and police station raids. Within the scope of this research, the Derecik Martyrdom, which was built in the province of Hakkari for the memory of those who lost their lives as a result of Derecik Raid, was examined. “Derecik Martyrs' Cemetery” is the first civilian martyrdom of Turkey, which was built with the support of the locals by the 34th Border Brigade in memory of the civilians who lost their lives in Derecik. The Martyrdom is vital for those who lost their relatives in the Raid in order to commemorate.27 pages : illustrations.TurkishCreative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlikeDerecikDerecik BaskınıDerecik Şehitliği34’üncü Hudut TugayıHakkariŞemdinliTSKTürk Silahlı KuvvetleriTerörle mücadelePKKSivil şehitlikDerecik RaidDerecik martyrdom34th border brigadeTAFTurkish Armed ForcesCounterterrorismCivil martyrdomPKK ile mücadele kapsaminda Türkiye’de yer alan ilk sivil şehitlik: Derecik ŞehitliğiStudent ProjectSPB4388
